- Medical clearances and EPA (pre-competition medical assessment) expiry for each player. The traffic light warns you before the match.
- UAR (Argentine Rugby Union) player registration, club membership fee and medical cover on the same record.
- Youth players with guardian details, medical declaration and consent.
- Player register exportable to Excel at any time.

What it does
Each area of the club logs its own part. The coach sees it all cross-checked when picking the team. Each feature has its own page with sample screens.
Team selection and traffic light
Starting 1 to 15 and replacements. Flags who is missing a clearance, registration or EPA, who is injured and who is suspended. The squad list goes out ready for the group chat, and the team sheet for the union comes out in Excel.
Conditioning and load
Programmes by block and by position, squad testing (1RM, CMJ, Bronco, sprint) and weekly load monitored against the last month.
Load and testingPhysio and concussion
Injury records with body area and mechanism, niggles reported by the player, and staged return to play. Without medical clearance, the player doesn’t show as available for selection.
Return to playCards and discipline
Yellows and reds with opponent, date and sanction. Flags who is one card from a ban before the match.
Youth rugby
QR sign-up, guardian details and medical declaration. Attendance list with everyone marked present by default, even with no signal at the ground.

Made inside a club
Utilero was born at a rugby club in Brandsen, Argentina, to sort out everything that happened between Tuesday’s training and Saturday’s match. Today the club’s senior squad and youth teams use it.
The one nobody sees, and without whom there’s no game.

Questions
Do we have to install anything?
There’s nothing to download from an app store. Staff log in from the browser, and players add the app to their phone’s home screen with their club’s icon.
Does it work with no signal at the ground?
The manager app lets you take attendance and log cards offline, and syncs when the signal comes back. The player app saves gym and wellness entries even when there’s no signal.
Who owns the data?
The club. Utilero processes it to provide the service, and the club can export it to Excel whenever it wants. Health data and data on minors have role-restricted access.
Does it work for clubs in other unions?
Right now, card tracking follows the regulations of the URBA (Buenos Aires Rugby Union). If your club plays in another union, tell us in the form message and we’ll look at it in the demo.
How much does it cost?
It’s a monthly subscription based on the squads the club uses, from USD 75 a month for one squad, plus a one-off setup fee. With two or three squads, the price per squad comes down. Pay for the year up front and you pay 10 months out of 12.
Can we use it just for youth rugby?
Yes. The pilot can run in a single division, and you add the rest later.
How do we bring over the squad we already have?
From an Excel spreadsheet with name, position, age, height, weight and medical clearance. Injuries can be imported too.
How is menstrual cycle information protected?
It’s optional and only switched on with the player’s consent. She sees it, and so does the medical team if she authorises it; the S&C coach only gets the suggested load adjustment. It doesn’t appear on the traffic light or in exports.
