Sevens, tens or fifteens.
A squad that plays sevens in summer and fifteens in winter needs an app that changes with the competition. Each format has its own line-up, playing minutes and load calculation.
Three games in a day is load too.
At a sevens tournament you play three or four times in one day. Load adds up game by game, and by Monday the strength and conditioning (S&C) coach already knows who needs to drop the volume.

The S&C coach builds the squad’s programme. The app suggests adjustments based on each player’s wellness and cycle, and the S&C coach decides.

It’s optional and switched on with her consent. She sees it and, if she authorises it, so does the medical team. The coach doesn’t.
It doesn’t appear on the availability traffic light or in exports. For youth players, it also needs the guardian’s consent.
