Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This policy explains how Utilero handles the personal data collected on the utilerorugby.com.ar website and on the platform used by clubs. It is governed by the Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 and its implementing regulations.

1. Who is responsible

Controller of the website and of commercial contact data: Daniel Ionadi, CUIT (Argentine tax ID) 20-37674479-6, with address in Coronel Brandsen, Province of Buenos Aires. Contact: [email protected].

2. Two different situations

On the website, Utilero is the controller of the data you leave in the demo form or when you write to us.

On the platform, each club is the controller of the data of its players, staff and families. Utilero acts as the service provider: it processes that data only on the club’s behalf, following its instructions and the contract signed with it, and does not use it for any other purpose.

3. What data we process

Demo and contact form: full name, club, role at the club, squads you are interested in, mobile number, email and any message you choose to leave. If you arrived through a link with a source tag (for example, from Instagram), that source is also stored.

Platform (on the club’s behalf):

Health data is sensitive data. Nobody is obliged to provide it: it is entered with the consent of the data subject or, for minors, of their guardian, as part of the club’s sporting activity.

4. What we use it for

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on people: the traffic light and the load alerts are aids for the staff, who make the decisions.

5. Who has access

6. Providers and where the data is hosted

To operate, we use infrastructure providers that may host or process data outside Argentina:

These providers process the data only to provide their service and with appropriate security measures. By using the website or the platform, the data subject consents to this international transfer, under the terms of article 12 of Law 25.326.

7. How long we keep it

8. Security

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), access with a personal username and password, role-based permissions and regular backups. No system is infallible: if we detect an incident affecting personal data, we will notify the club and the people affected.

9. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Visit analytics, when used, are done with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individuals.

If you arrive through a link with a source tag (for example, from Instagram), the website stores that information in your browser only for the duration of the visit, in session storage (not a cookie), to link it to the demo request. It is deleted when you close the tab. Fonts are served from the website itself, without external services.

10. Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, updating or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and rectification or deletion requests within 5 working days.

If your data is on a club’s platform (for example, as a player), you can also contact the club, which is the controller; Utilero will help it respond.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest in doing so is shown, as set out in article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25.326. The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the Supervisory Authority under Law No. 25.326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the rules in force on personal data protection.

11. Minors

In the youth age groups, minors’ data is entered with the consent of their mother, father or guardian, which is recorded at the time of registration. The guardian can exercise the rights in section 10 on their behalf.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date and, if the change is significant, we will notify the clubs.
